CX-031666: North Dakota State College of Science Energy Auditor Training Facility

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the North Dakota Department of Commerce for the North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) to build a training facility on the main campus in Wahpeton, ND, for energy auditor training and education as part of the initiative to develop an energy audit certificate program.  Proposed activities would include the design, construction, and installation of a small duplex structure on NDSCS property.
