Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Grande Ronde Model Watershed and the Nez Perce Tribe to subcontract with NV5, a geospatial survey firm which specializes in conducting aerial topographic surveys (collectively “the Sponsor”), to conduct site characterization surveys of rivers and streams in the Grand Ronde Basin using aircraft-mounted survey tools.
