BPA is proposing to fund the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation to re-connect a natural spring to an existing 1,800 square-foot pond. The natural spring had been developed (piped) in the past and a livestock watering trough was installed at the spring.
