The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to eSpin Technologies, Inc. (eSpin) for the design, development, and pilot-demonstration of an advanced electrospun nanofiber-based liquid alkaline electrolyzer (LAE) separator.  The proposed award activities would occur over four budget periods (BPs), with a Go/No Go decision point between the BPs.
