The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Ecolectro, Inc. for design, synthesis, fabrication, characterization, and research and development testing of polymeric materials for hydrogen electrolyzers. Award activities would be conducted at Ecolectro, Inc. in Ithaca, NY, Kevin Noonan Research Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, and Geoffrey W. Coates Research Lab at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
