CX-031221: Newberry SHR Demonstration Project

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Mazama Energy, Inc. (Mazama) to construct an engineered geothermal system reservoir in 4,000-meter-deep rock on the western flank of Newbury Volcano. Project management, well design, and stimulation design would occur at Mazama in Dallas, Texas.
