The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to OxEon Energy for the design, fabrication, installation, and analysis of manufacturing equipment for solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) stacks, as well as the development of a community benefits plan. The proposed award activities would occur over three budget periods (BPs), with Go/No Go decision points between the BPs.
