The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Cummins Electrified Power NA Inc. (Cummins) to design, develop, fabricate, and test a multi-layer membrane-electrode-sub-gasket porous transport layer assembly (MESPA). Award activities would be conducted at Cummins in Fridley, MN, the National Renewable Energy Lab in Golden, CO, 3M in St. Paul, MN, and Hydrogenics in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
