The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the Gorham Randolph Shelburne Cooperative School District (District) to replace five low-efficiency oil boilers with energy-efficient oil boilers and burners at the Gorham Middle High School (Gorham, NH). The project location is owned and operated by the District. A
