The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the Town of DeWitt (Town) to purchase and install a Hydrogen Fuel Cell (HFC) generation and dispensing station (HFC station) at the Town’s Highway Department (East Syracuse, New York). The HFC station would provide fuel to HFC electric vehicles owned by the Town and the local community.
