The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the City of Mandan to install a 75.9-kilowatt solar system to the rooftop of a Public Works Building located at 411 6th Avenue SW, Mandan, North Dakota. This project would be funded under the Administrative and Legal Requirements Document (ALRD) for the DOE’s Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program Formula Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (EECBG Formula - IIJA).
