The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) to support the neighborhood electrification and weatherization project in the Meadowview community of Sacramento, California. Project activities would occur at approximately 300 residential properties which are not currently known.
