DOE's Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) is proposing to provide funding to Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) in support of their project to modernize the grid infrastructure of the local communities through upgrades, provide training and capacity building to Tribal communities, and improve the proposed transmission line intertie.
