Four of the proposed locations for EV charger installations are at locations that are either within historic districts or are potentially eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. For these locations, the recipient is following the requirements of the ACHP's Exemption From Historic Preservation Review for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment so is exempt from the historic preservation review requirements of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
