CX-031584: Building Predictive Capacity to Enhance Stormwater Infrastructure and Flood Resilience

We plan to collaborate with community partners representing municipal, county, and local governments, tribal governments, and non-profit groups to identify priority areas within 3 watersheds where we can collect historical and current data (using community co-created observations) on flood events, use these data to inform models and then use these models to provide risk scenarios under future climate conditions that we can provide to our collaborators to help inform decision-making for flood resilience in their communities.
