Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to remove a control building at the Four Corners Microwave (FCM) site and replace it with a surplus building from the Morrow Point Microwave site (MPW), which is currently stored at the Montrose Operations Center (MOC).
