CX-031083: University of Maine - An Intermediate-Scale Version of the VolturnUS Floating Offshore Wind Turbine Platform Concept - a Real Ocean Environment with an Operating Turbine

This Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funds and extended period of performance to support the project team's small-scale research and development activities to increase the size and deployment duration of a prototype floating offshore wind turbine (FOWT) platform from 1:10 scale to 1:4 scale, originally described under their Aerodynamic Turbines Lighter and Afloat with Nautical Technologies and Integrated Servo-control (ATLANTIS II) project.
