CX-031051: University of Texas at Dallas - A Low-cost Floating Offshore Vertical Axis Wind System

This Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funds and extended period of performance to support the project team's small-scale, research and development activities supporting a floating turbine design featuring a vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) with a lower vertical center of gravity and center of pressure, under the Aerodynamic Turbines Lighter and Afloat with Nautical Technologies and Integrated Servo-control (ATLANTIS) program.
