The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the Town of Hamden (Town) to design and replace the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Hamden Government Center (HGC).  Project activities would include removing the 40, 3-ton HVAC units, developing the design, and replacing the HVAC units and system controls (rooftop units, wiring, communication infrastructure, software, and interface) in the HGC (Hamden, Connecticut).
