The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to PPG Industries (PPG) to test, develop process, and scale-up of a novel coating technology for porous transport layer assemblies. Award activities would be conducted at PPG Coatings Innovation Center in Allison Park, PA, Dexmet in Wallingford, CT, Nel Hydrogen in Wallingford, CT, and EWI in Columbus, OH. PPG locations in Euclid, OH and Lima, OH may be considered as alternate project locations.
