The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Town of Kittery, Maine to establish and support the Southern Maine Energy Navigator Pilot (SMENP) program, which would facilitate energy efficiency and weatherization upgrades throughout York County. The SMENP program would serve homeowners in the York County communities of Kittery, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, and Ogunquit.
