The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the Colorado School of Mines (CSM) to fabricate, model, and characterize test structures to predict and reduce degradation defects in Gallium (Ga)-Doped Czochralski Silicon (Cz Si) solar cells. Project activities would include laboratory tests, data analysis, and modeling.
