CX-030548: Upper John Day Conservation Lands Program Operations and Maintenance (O and M) Activities

Bonneville Power Administration (Bonneville) proposes to fund the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon (CTWS) to perform the following operations and maintenance (O and M) activities throughout the native plant nursery and management areas that make up the John Day Conversation Lands Program – the Mainstem Forrest, Middle Fork Forrest, Oxbow and Dunstan Conservation Areas
