Adding a quick disconnect to Nozzle 23 of Cell 9W will allow the wand flushing process to be completed more efficiently and safer by minimizing 1) the hose length in the second level as well as 2) the wand flushing hose length in the cell. Adding the quick disconnect will allow Cell 9 to perform a wand flush.
