The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the Girl Scout Council of the Colonial Coast (GSCCC) to develop and disseminate K-12 educational resources about renewable energy. Project activities would consist of installing a video monitor in GSCCC headquarters’ lobby.
