In this final rule, DOE is adopting new and amended regulations for general service lamps (GSLs) to incorporate changes required by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) as amended. DOE has determined that new and amended standards would result in significant conservation of energy and are technologically feasible and economically justified.
