BPA prepared a Mitigation Action Plan for EA Umatilla Hatchery Programs (DOE/EA-2249) to mitigate the potential impacts of continued funding for the ongoing operations of the production programs at the Umatilla Hatchery (Hatchery), associated satellite facilities, and direct release sites.
