BPA issued a final EA for Umatilla Hatchery Programs (DOE/EA-2249), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of BPA's proposed continued funding for the ongoing operations of the production programs at the Umatilla Hatchery (Hatchery), associated satellite facilities, and direct release sites.
