CX-030265: T-Mobile Telecommunications Equipment Upgrade and Footing Reinforcement at Carson Wireless Site (Update to previous CX issued on December 11, 2023)

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to allow T-Mobile to upgrade its telecommunications equipment and to reinforce transmission structure footings at its Carson wireless site, located at structure 10/2 on the North Bonneville-Midway No. 1 Transmission Line in Carson, Skamania County, Washington.
