The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), a semi-autonomous agency within the United States (U.S.) Department of Energy (DOE) has issued this Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The DOE/NNSA project area is about 1000 feet long and is centered around a concrete stream crossing on the road that is presently covered with sediment from the erosion upstream in the burned watershed.
