The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Oneida Indian Nation to install and implement 18 energy efficiency measures (EEMs) within five buildings in Madison and Oneida Counties on the Turning Stone Resort campus in New York. Once installed, the Nation would monitor the improvements to determine energy savings over a 12-month period.
