The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to provide funding to the Wisconsin Office of Energy Innovation to install a 350-kW ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system with a 125-kWh battery storage system (BESS) for the Springbrook Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Antigo, Wisconsin. The proposed project would offset WWTP’s energy consumption.
