CX-028984: Center for Wind Energy

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer congressionally directed spending to the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) to modify part of the interior of an existing office building which currently houses UTD’s Waterview Science and Technology Center (Richardson, TX). Modifications would establish the physical site for UTD’s proposed Center for Wind Energy.
