The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to authorize the administration of a prize competition known as “Energy Program for Innovation Clusters (EPIC) Round 3,” designed to fund organizations (“incubators”) to design and implement programs which would assist early-stage energy technology companies and organizations (“start-ups”) with ongoing development.
