CX-028684: CREST PIT Array Installation

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) to install Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tag arrays on state-owned land in Multnomah County, Oregon, and Pacific County, Washington, to monitor the movement of juvenile and adult salmon.
