The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the Vermont Public Power Supply Authority (VPPSA) for the development of a Business Energy Repayment Assistance Program (BERAP), a low-to-no interest on-bill financing mechanism that would enable Vermont businesses to pursue and fund energy transformation projects to reduce carbon emissions.
