The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the Town of Rangely, Colorado to build solar cogeneration systems that would supply electricity and thermal energy to three municipal facilities: the Town of Rangely Water Treatment Plant (WTP), the Town of Rangely Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and the Western Rio Blanco County Recreation Center (WRBCRC).
