Bonneville Power Administration (Bonneville), along with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, proposes a second Amendment to the existing 2018 Columbia Basin Fish Accords Memorandum of Agreement (MOA or Agreement) with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation, and the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (collectively, the Lower River Tribes).
