CX-027292: Zayo LLC Southwest Washington Fiber Decommissioning

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to authorize Zayo Fiber, LLC (Zayo) to decommission their In Line Amplification (ILA) facilities on BPA fee-owned property located near BPA’s Lexington, Chehalis, Olympia and South Tacoma substations.
