Sweetland Wind Farm Project; Hand County, South Dakota
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as a cooperating agency, issued a Revised Finding of No Significant Impact based on the final supplemental EA that analyzes potential environmental impacts of changes in the proposed transmission line route that were not analyzed in the 2021 EA.
