There are currently multiple work orders for BlueMax application in these facilities, so this EEC is intended to allow the generic use of the BlueMax system for that purpose on external surfaces of those facilities, under the caveat that only the preparation and application of the BlueMax itself is covered-any other associated physical modifications require separate design and EEC review.
