CX-026443: Heyburn-Adelaide No. 1 Transmission Line Loop for Rural Substation Interconnection

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to create a loop from BPA’s Heyburn-Adelaide No.1 transmission line between existing structures 6/2 and 6/3 into United Electric Co-op, Inc.’s (UEC) new substation. The loop would include replacing existing wood-pole structure 6/2 with a new wood pole, installing three light-duty steel single-pole structures (6/4, 6/5, and 6/7), installing two light-duty steel H-frame pole structures with disconnect switches mounted on steel lattice stands (6/3 and 6/6), and modifying the cable connections at 6/8 (existing 6/3).
