Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Jefferson County Soil and Water Conservation District (hereafter “the Sponsor”) to enhance habitat for Endangered Species Act (ESA)-listed threatened Middle Columbia River steelhead trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in Jefferson County, Oregon by replacing a culvert that has become a fish passage barrier, enhancing aquatic habitat, and reconnecting the floodplain downstream of the culvert.
