WAPA issued a Finding of No Significant Impact based on the EA for Pronghorn Flats 115-kilovolt Project (DOE/EA-2139), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of interconnecting the planned Pronghorn Flats wind project with WAPA’s Stegall-Archer 115-kV transmission line.
