Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) prepared an EIS (DOE/EIS-0543) for the interconnection of the proposed Rail Tie Wind Project to WAPA's existing Ault-Craig 345-kilovolt (kV) transmission line in Albany County, Wyoming. WAPA announced its decision to approve the interconnection requests. The record of decision includes a floodplain statement of findings.
