During routine sampling of HP-50 on 03/19/2022 by Savannah River Tritium Enterprise (SRTE), the pH of the effluent was identified as significantly lower than normal. Site Services installed a bladder pipe plug downstream of HP-50 and are currently holding an estimated 10,000 gallons of water upstream of the H-12 outfall.
