Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued this Finding of No Significant Impact regarding continued funding the Hood River Spring Chinook Salmon Program and Umatilla River Summer Steelhead Program. (The Hood River Winter Steelhead portion of the Hood River Production Program is currently suspended.)
