DOE/EA-1967: Finding of No Significant Impact and Mitigation Action Plan (November 2021)

Hills Creek-Lookout Point No. 1 Transmission Line Rebuild Project; Lane County, Oregon

Bonneville Power Administration issued a finding of no significant impact and a mitigation action plan (FONSI and MAP November 2021) for the proposed rebuild of its Hills-Creek Lookout Point No. 1 transmission line in Lane County, Oregon, and upgrade of the existing access road and trail system network associated with the transmission line, based on supplemental EA (October 2021).
