DOE, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, announced its intent to prepare an EIS for Energy Conservation Standards for Manufactured Housing rulemaking (DOE/EIS-0550) on the potential environmental impacts associated with the establishment of energy conservation standards for manufactured housing.
