Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region, has prepared this Supplement Analysis (SA) which addresses the Final Environmental Assessment (DOE/EA-1395) prepared by WAPA in August 2005 for the Sacramento Valley Right-of-Way Maintenance Program (Sacramento Valley Program) and provides the information and analysis necessary to determine if there have been any substantial changes in the proposed action and if there are any significant new circumstances or information relevant to environmental concerns and impacts.
